Our mission is to develop regional distance education infrastructure to provide suitable support to distance education activities and services according to the students' needs.

In the frame of the Phare Programme for multi-country co-operation in distance education, the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv has been selected as a host institution for establishment of a Regional Distance Education Study Centre.
